Most in–stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK mainland delivery is typically 3–5 working days from dispatch. If there are any delays or pre‑order items, we’ll email you with an updated ETA. For full details, see our shipping policy.

Yes. For products that require age verification (such as certain crossbows), you can checkout as normal, then upload a valid photo ID after ordering using your order number (link in your confirmation email). Your whole order is held until we verify your ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your order. Restricted deliveries use Parcelforce age verification.

We accept a valid passport, UK or EU driving licence, PASS‑accredited proof‑of‑age card (such as CitizenCard), or an EU national identity card. The ID must be in date and clearly show your photo and date of birth.

Unused items can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging and suitable for resale. That single 30-day window includes your statutory 14-day cooling-off right — it is not an extra period on top. Tell us within those 30 days, then send the item back promptly.
